Problems in Burning  
Problems Reasons Solutions
Writing speed reduced newest firmware has not been updated Most of the drive makers have provided free download services in their websites. Just follow the instructions and download it. Before processing, double check the machine type you have, because downloading a wrong firmware will damage your writer .
Stop half way There are flaws in the disc, or the computer is shut down suddenly. Use a new disc or reset the computer
Buffer underruns occur

1. Working online at the same time
2. Moving mouse or activated screen saver during burning process
3. Processing other programs at the same time

  • Memory is not enough
  • flaws in the disc

Solutions for problems 1,2,3
1. Logout internet and start burning again
2. Deactivate screen saver or power saving
3. Do not move mouse
4. Shut down other programs

  • Increase the capacity of the memory
  • Change a new disc
Can't burn a disc 1. The disc is placed upside down
2. The writer does not support your disc		 1. Place disc in the proper direction
2. Using the proper software recommended by the writer or download the newest firmware.
